How quickly do you reply?
To emails, within one business day and usually sooner. Phone lines are open during business hours: Mon–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm and Sat 11:00am–5:00pm New York time (ET).
Where can I check my order status?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel ships. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, then email [email protected] with your order number in the format JUP-000000 and we'll look it up manually.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been handed to the carrier — usually a few hours after checkout. Email or call as soon as you can with your order number. If the parcel has already left, follow the process on the Returns & exchanges page.
